HauteLook by Nordstrom is a pioneer in e-commerce 24-hour flash sales. Flash sales rely heavily on an efficient, organized process and a refined ability to quickly select the best images to create a consistent, curated daily events homepage.
My role with HauteLook was to lead the events experience which included art direction for content, creative direction for seasonal campaigns and photography, special event curation, visual design and photo editing. I managed the approval and archival processes which involved managing thousands of new assets each month and constant coordination across merchandising, photo and video studios, brands and stakeholders. I partnered daily with the in-house photo studio which is the largest operating photo studio in Los Angeles.
